Camera Ready Instructions

For Accepted Papers Only

IISCC 2026 — September 14–16, 2026 · Dubai, UAE

Please follow all four steps carefully. Papers that do not comply with these instructions will not be included in the conference proceedings.

Step 1: Paper Preparation

Revise your paper carefully before preparing the final camera-ready version:

Strict Reference and Citation Verification Requirements

Authors are fully responsible for verifying every reference and citation in their final paper individually before submission. The conference committee will conduct an extensive validation of the references included in submitted papers.

Authors must ensure that every reference:

The following citation practices are not accepted:

Any inconsistency, incorrect or unverifiable reference, fabricated citation, incorrect DOI, unrelated reference, unjustified citation range, or excessive self-citation may result in the paper being denied publication immediately.

The conference organizing committee cannot review, correct, rewrite, or verify references on behalf of authors. Authors must not contact the committee to ask whether their references, DOI information, citation choices, or paper content are correct. Verification of the manuscript content is entirely the authors' responsibility.

If a paper is denied publication or withdrawn because of reference or citation problems, requests to correct these issues after the final submission deadline will not be accepted.

This is a mandatory publication requirement and must be followed strictly.

Any paper with excessive self-citations or references that cannot be verified will not be published in the proceedings. No warning will be sent to authors.

Formatting Requirement: Your paper must be formatted according to the official IEEE conference template. Use the actual template (Microsoft Word or LaTeX). Papers that do not use the exact and correct template will be rejected.

Step 2: IEEE PDF eXpress

All camera-ready papers must be validated through IEEE PDF eXpress to ensure IEEE Xplore compatibility.
