Intelligent Information Systems and Computing Conference (IISCC)

The Intelligent Information Systems and Computing Conference (IISCC) provides a global platform for academic and industry leaders to explore cutting-edge advances in artificial intelligence, machine learning, cloud computing, and secure information systems. IISCC 2026 will feature keynote sessions from renowned scholars, paper presentations, technical workshops, and networking opportunities for participants to exchange ideas and research outcomes.

The conference is technically co-sponsored by the IEEE UAE Section and the proceedings of the conference will be submitted for publication in the IEEEXplore digital library and indexed in Scopus, subject to meeting IEEE Xplore's scope and quality requirements (IEEE LoA#70458).

Publication and Indexing

Accepted papers will be submitted for possible inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore's scope and quality requirements, and to be indexed in Scopus and Clarivate SCI indexing (LOA 70458).

Formatting and Requirements

• All submissions must be written in English.
• The maximum paper length is four to six (4-6) printed pages (10-point font) in the standard IEEE two-column conference format.
• Two extra pages are allowed at an additional cost of $100 per page.
• Papers exceeding (6+2) pages or less than four pages will not be accepted on EDAS.

Submission Process

• Only PDF files will be accepted for the review process.
• All submissions must be made through EDAS.
• If you have any questions regarding the submission of manuscripts, please contact the CCNCPS chairs via email.

Plagiarism and AI Policy

Similarity in the submitted paper must be less than 30%. Submissions exceeding this threshold will be rejected.

Authors must declare the use of AI in the preparation of their manuscript, including the role of AI in generating content, analysis, or any other contributions. For more details, please refer to the IEEE policy for AI usage.

Registration

• All accepted papers must be registered and presented at the conference.
• One full registration is valid for the first paper. A second paper will incur an extra fee of $175.
• Mandatory attendance: At least one author must register and attend the conference.
• Presentation requirement: Accepted papers must be presented during the conference. No-show papers will not be published.
• Copyright form: Authors must sign the IEEE copyright transfer form.

All registrations include access to proceedings, keynotes, workshops, and gala dinner. Fees are in USD and exclude a 3% bank fee.
